Belzona^® Composite Materials

Belzona^® coatings are composite materials based on resin, ceramic and metal reinforcements that act as a protective paintings, by which reduce the impact of aggressive aqueous media (cavitation, liquid erosion, gas erosion), as well as protection from various forms of corrosion.

One of the key advantages of Belzona^® coating is to fluid flowability improvement, where the surface of the material is protected from excessive wear, and chemical inertness to most corrosive liquids, so these coatings become excellent alternative in chemical industry.

Also, Belzona^® coatings proved to be the best option for patching containers of flammable liquids (no need for welding or soldering), and for water turbine blades exposed to intense cavitation – no need for Stelite^® hardfacing.
